UCL Health and Society Summer School: Social Determinants of Health

The one week non-residential UCL Health and Society summer school “Social Determinants of Health” will be held from 2nd to 6th July 2018 at the University College London (UCL) in central London. It provides an in-depth assessment of the social determinants of health from a global research, policy and governance perspective.

The summer school addresses those participants those already working in the field of public health and wanting to refresh their knowledge, as well as those persons considering a career in public health or related research areas such as social epidemiology and health policy. The course’s orientation is multidisciplinary.

The participation fee depends onthe number of registered persons (group discounts) and date of registration; early bird conditions are available up to 15th May 2018.
This year, there is the possibility to apply for a grant as part of a scholarship. Further information about the scholarship can be viewed after registration.
